Welcome to the offnominal sounds page. Available here are loops, hits and noises for use in audio production and sound experimentation. They are downloadable in a mixed bag of formats, but all should be easily usable or convertable. Save the files to disc using your browser’s “Save target as…” command.
Rather than 2 bar loops, many of the sounds here are longer extracts from peices, including fills and patterns that evolve over time. As such, many of the files are larger and require more bandwidth to download.

This Zipfile of 28 loops and samples is a demo of the sounds available on the sample CD SoundsLogickal by M-Audio. It includes examples of the different categories of sounds available on that disc – drumloops, synthloops, ambiences , drumhits and synthsounds in WAV, AIFF and REX2 formats. It is available now from most major music retailers, or direct from M-Audio.
